新應(yīng)用!江蘇華星東方自主研發(fā)全國(guó)首套適合鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)及縣域治理的小型化超低排放煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)

2022年江蘇華星東方率先完成了全國(guó)首套適合鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)及縣域治理的小型化煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)的工程應(yīng)用探索—宿豫固廢焚燒工程超低排放煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)（高校校企合作產(chǎn)學(xué)研示范項(xiàng)目）。
In 2022, Jiangsu Huaxing-east completed the engineering exploration of the 1st small-scale FGC system suitable for town and county in China: Ultra-low Emission FGC for Suyu Solid Waste Incineration Plant, which is a demonstration reference of university-enterprise cooperation in production, academy, and research.
該項(xiàng)目煙氣處理采用“換熱器匯總煙氣+急冷脫酸塔+SDS小蘇打脫硫+陶瓷過(guò)濾除塵器+SCR脫硝+脫硫脫硝引風(fēng)機(jī)（甲方供貨我司安裝）”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。此次項(xiàng)目的煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)使用了由江蘇華星東方自主研發(fā)的陶瓷濾筒、低溫催化二噁英分解和小蘇打干法應(yīng)用等全新工藝。
The plant FGC applied the process of "heat exchanger gas-collection + quench reaction tower + SDS sodium bicarbonate desulfurization + ceramic filter + SCR denitrification + ID fan". It is an EPC project of Huaxing. The FGC system applied new technologies such as ceramic filter cartridge, low-temperature catalytic decomposition of dioxins, and sodium bicarbonate dry process,  which are independently developed by Huaxing.
江蘇華星東方參考?xì)W洲先進(jìn)處理技術(shù)，將所有設(shè)備按最大運(yùn)輸尺寸設(shè)計(jì)，確保工廠整體交付及整體道路運(yùn)輸。該項(xiàng)目的全部設(shè)備在華星東方生產(chǎn)制造基地完成整體制造，包括部分保溫和漆面以及對(duì)設(shè)備的品控質(zhì)檢等細(xì)節(jié)都實(shí)現(xiàn)了最優(yōu)處理。確保將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝，土建等成本降至最低，以求控制項(xiàng)目的投資成本。
Jiangsu Huaxing-east studied advanced European technology and designed all equipment according to the maximum transportation limitations to ensure the overall delivery from factory to plant. The entire equipment has been fabricated at Huaxing's production and manufacturing base including insulation and painting to achieve optimal control of quality. Because of that, on-site erection and civil engineering costs are minimized to reduce the overall cost of the plant.
與傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制造相比，除了可以最大限度地使用工廠的板式激光切割機(jī)，管式激光切割機(jī)，大型拋丸設(shè)備+VOC噴漆房流水作業(yè)裝備，還對(duì)保溫的制作及表面彩瓦的處理進(jìn)行的有效質(zhì)檢，確保了產(chǎn)品的檔次且與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拼裝相比有了較大提升。
Compared with traditional on-site fabrication, Huaxing maximized the use of factory's plate & tube laser cutting machine, large-scale sand blasting, and VOC paint room; effectively ensured quality control on the production of insulation and corrugated sheet. The product grade are greatly improved compared to on-site assembly.
繼江蘇華星東方“安徽中易環(huán)?！逼脚_(tái)的設(shè)備和催化劑等生產(chǎn)裝備的投入，專(zhuān)注于不銹鋼，精密加工及電控產(chǎn)品為主的無(wú)錫二期工廠也將在9月陸續(xù)達(dá)產(chǎn)。江蘇華星東方自工程設(shè)計(jì)體系搬遷至無(wú)錫CBD區(qū)蠡園開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)，逐步構(gòu)建起以蠡園開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)為工程設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)、無(wú)錫為精密加工、宣城為催化劑新材料、焦作、青島、泰州為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造的產(chǎn)能體系。合理化的產(chǎn)能結(jié)構(gòu)分布，為成本控制及新一輪的縣域煙氣治理需求提供了最佳選擇方案和最優(yōu)的成本控制布局。
Following Jiangsu Huaxing-east's investment in steel and catalyst fabrication machinary on the "Anhui Zhongyi EP" platform, the Wuxi Phase II factory, which focuses on stainless steel, precision machining, and electronic control products, will also gradually reach production in September, 2023. Huaxing-east relocated its engineering and design dept. to Liyuan Development Zone in CBD Wuxi, gradually building a production structure with Liyuan Development Zone as the design center, Wuxi factory as precision processing, Xuancheng factory as catalyst & new materials, and Jiaozuo / Qingdao / Taizhou as steel structure fabrication. The rational distribution of production capacity provides the best choice and optimal cost control layout for the new round of county level FGC demands.
江蘇華星東方將項(xiàng)目工程化向項(xiàng)目整體裝備工廠化制造提供了有效解決方案，是節(jié)約安裝和土建成本，控制鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)投資的重要手段，為行業(yè)發(fā)展提供了一條可供選擇的道路，該方案正獲得越來(lái)越多行業(yè)客戶(hù)的青睞，也拉動(dòng)了行業(yè)裝備化投資的新熱潮。
Jiangsu Huaxing-east has provided an effective solution for the engineering transformation from full-construction mode to on-site assembly mode.  It is meaningful to save installation and civil engineering costs, control township investment, and provide an alternative path for industry development. The solution is increasingly favored by customers and has also driven a new wave of equipment investment in the industry.
目前華星東方在江蘇省的業(yè)績(jī)涵蓋包括：無(wú)錫錫東二期、無(wú)錫益多、淮安、鹽城大豐、鹽城響水、連云港、宜興熱電、泰興、盱眙、宿遷、常州、徐州、張家港、南京江北等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
The achievements of Huaxing in Jiangsu province include Xidong Wuxi phase II, Yiduo Wuxi, Huai'an, Dafeng Yancheng, Xiangshui Yancheng, Lianyungang, Yixing thermal power, Taixing, Xuyi, Suqian, Changzhou, Xuzhou, Zhangjiagang, Jiangbei Nanjing, etc.
