Privacy policy
Controller
The controller of your data is Panther Agency, which this policy calls “the agency”. For any question about your data, write to contact@panthermgmt.com.
What data we handle
What you write in the application form:
- your name or alias;
- your age, and your confirmation that you are 18 or over;
- how you prefer us to contact you (WhatsApp, Telegram or email) and your number, username or address;
- your social media handles, if you give them, and your approximate monthly reach;
- your OnlyFans link and your current monthly revenue range, if you give them;
- whether you show your face or not;
- your country.
With the application we also receive the language of the site and the page you sent it from. To stop spam and automated submissions, your IP address is used at the moment you send, and not kept.
If you choose to talk first on WhatsApp, we handle your number and what you write to us in that chat.
What for
Only to evaluate your application and answer you through the channel you chose. We don't use your data to send you advertising, we don't sell it and we don't share it with anyone, unless the law requires it.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form or by writing to us on WhatsApp. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@panthermgmt.com, without affecting what we did with your data before.
Adults only
We only accept applications from people aged 18 or over. If we learn that an application came from a minor, we delete it.
How long we keep it
While we evaluate your application and answer you. If we don't go on to work together, we delete it when the process closes. If we do, your data is then governed by the contract.
Where your data goes
The site does not store your application and has no database. When you send it, it is emailed to the agency's team and the site keeps no copy.
Providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, sends the email with your application, protects the form from spam (Turnstile) and counts visits without cookies (Web Analytics). To do so it may process technical data such as your IP address. It is a US company certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which protects data that leaves the EU.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to talk first on WhatsApp. The chat goes through WhatsApp and is also governed by its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own, and none for advertising or tracking. Turnstile may use a strictly necessary cookie to tell people from bots, which is why the site shows no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to its use, restrict it, or receive it in a portable format by writing to contact@panthermgmt.com. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
